Biography

Mr. Caggiano graduated from the College of Old Westbury State University of New York in 1996. He then attended Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where he graduated in 2001. Mr. Caggiano attended both of these programs at night while he was employed full time as a union splicer for New York Telephone later known as Verizon. While employed for Verizon Mr. Caggiano was a member of CWA Local 1104. As an active member of The Communications Workers of America, Mr. Caggiano acted as shop steward with the Union representing co-workers with labor issues with management of the company. It is in part, this foundation that gave Mr. Caggiano the experience and determination to continue as an attorney, in representing and defending the rights of injured workers’ and the benefits due to them and their families.

Mr. Caggiano and Mr. Miller began working together early in 2001. Soon they formed the current firm based on their like-minded determination to bring about fairness and equality for injured workers against the deep pocketed insurance companies. Miller & Caggiano, LLP. Is not only involved in the practice of representing injured workers of all types, we also advocate politically for change in the system to perpetuate a more fair and balanced system of the administration of justice. It is through our knowledge and experience that we bring about successful results for our clients.

Mr. Caggiano is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the United States District Court Eastern District of New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association and Queens County Bar Association as well as the Injured Workers Bar Association and the Workers’ Compensation Alliance.

We proudly support the AFL-CIO and affiliated organizations as well as workers from all walks of life.
